Additive Manufacturing

JunoPacific’s Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence employs multiple forms of 3D printing for a wide variety of medical device applications. We continuously investigate new technologies for additive manufacturing and apply state-of-the-art printers to create the highest quality parts. We currently offer FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), SLA (stereolithography), and PolyJet processes. By deploying multiple 3DP technologies, we can optimize print function selection and lower your costs and time to market in 3D printing applications.

Cretex Medical also offers metal 3D printing via rms Company, utilizing DMP (direct metal printing) to support the development and manufacture of advanced orthopaedic implants. Medical Device Assembly

JunoPacific fully utilizes our ISO13485 quality system and strict adherence to GMP requirements to ensure the quality and efficacy of your critical medical devices. We begin with pilot lines to debug, analyze, and validate compliance for efficiency and maximum yield. Medical devices are assembled using an engineered continuous flow system in our Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms.

We currently manufacture a wide range of devices including orthopaedic and surgical instruments, ophthalmic surgical interfaces, and critical header and lead subassemblies for cardiac rhythm management and neuromodulation devices.
